TFED and UNC Global are proud to welcome Professor Koh back to UNC to share news on recent developments since the ICJ ruling.

Professor Koh serves on the team of lawyers who previously sued Russia on behalf of Ukraine at the World Court. On March 16, 2022, the International Court Of Justice ruled in favor of Ukraine declaring, “The Russian Federation shall immediately suspend the military operations that it commenced on 24 February 2022 in the territory of Ukraine.”
