Kathryn is a Policy Advisor for the US Department of Defense, a UNC Alum, with a Master's in International/ Global Studies, and an Advisor for Girl Security, a non-profit “driving change in national security through mentoring, workforce training, and professional advancement for girls, women, and gender minorities.” Girl Security believes that engaging girls “will be the most important national security advancement of the 21st century."
